Shots Of City – The Cinematography Unit of Shopkart Technologics
Effective Date: 29th Apr,2025
1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the services provided by Shots Of City, the cinematography unit of Shopkart Technologics, to its clients. By hiring us, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Services Provided
Shots Of City offers professional videography and cinematography services including, but not limited to:
- Event Coverage (Weddings, Corporate Events, etc.)
- Commercial Shoots
- Promotional Videos
- Documentary Filming
- Aerial (Drone) Cinematography
Specific services will be outlined in a separate work agreement or contract.
3. Booking & Payment
- A 50% advance is required to confirm any booking.
- The remaining 50% must be cleared upon final delivery unless otherwise agreed.
- Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in Section 6 (Cancellations & Refunds).
- Accepted modes of payment: [Insert modes – UPI, Bank Transfer, etc.]
4. Client Responsibilities
- Clients must provide clear instructions, access to locations, and necessary permissions (e.g., drone usage, location permits).
- Delays caused by the client may incur additional charges.
5. Delivery & Revisions
- Delivery timeline will be communicated at the time of agreement.
- Clients are entitled to one round of revision post-delivery.
- Additional revisions will be billed separately.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellation 7 days prior to the shoot: 50% of the advance refunded.
- Cancellation within 7 days of the shoot: No refund of the advance.
- If cancellation is by Shots Of City due to unforeseen circumstances, full advance will be refunded.
7. Copyright & Usage
- Shots Of City retains full copyright of all content unless rights are explicitly transferred in writing.
- Clients receive a license for personal or agreed commercial use only.
- Shots Of City may use footage for promotional purposes unless otherwise specified in writing by the client.
8. Liability
- We are not liable for any delays or failures caused by events beyond our control (e.g., weather, technical issues, or force majeure).
- For drone usage, all precautions will be taken; however, we are not responsible for denied permissions or government restrictions.
9. Confidentiality
Any confidential information shared during the project will be kept private and not disclosed without client consent.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of [Insert State/Country Jurisdiction].
11. Amendments
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions. Clients will be notified of major changes.
